Bowery was new to selling on Amazon Fresh and looking for a way to bring our brand to life on the platform. This game changing produce brand is on a mission to change the way people grow their greens locally. They knew much of this strategy would rely on telling their story in a meaningful way on Amazon.

We got to work infusing their brand in a new and interesting way on Amazon with a strong focus on SEO and data insights from shoppers along the way.

Bowery’s first small win was navigating how keywords could impact our product listings' performance. The Mindful Goods team helped them distill a lot of research and turn it into external-facing descriptions and product titles. Seems simple but makes a big difference!

Their biggest breakthrough was realizing that you shouldn't leave any opportunity on the table when it comes to lighting up your brand. When we met Jeremy and Brennan through our Agency partner, Marketplace Seller Courses who recommended a refresh of creative on Yes Bar’s Amazon listings. Yes Bar had early success selling direct to consumer and had an established base of loyal fans but as they saw more and more competitors in the market they knew it was time to reinvest in their Amazon channel to make sure they continued to stand out and capture market share.

THE PROCESS

From the start, Jeremy and Brennan were open to suggestions and very much in alignment with creative direction we mapped out. One thing we identified was that they already had a backlog of incredible user generated assets that we could pull from. We also noted that while their website and socials were very well curated, the Amazon pages seemed to tell a different story.

After a focus on conversion with a full refresh of the assets on product pages and Storefront, we then asked Jeremy to isolate 1 change before uploaded all the new assets,

This one change was the main image that we had split tested in advance. We wanted to be sure we saw some initial data that backed up our external testing. Within 2 weeks, we saw an 11.8% increase in click-thru traffic from this new main image alone.
